Clay didn't mention that we had to ford a river to reach the base of the crag, but once we'd dried out the route was super. The pitches get better and better, its very rare to do so much traversing in such a great setting.

The weather looked favourable for much of the weekend, giving myself and Will the chance to finally have a crack at the Cullin Ridge. Feeling fit and strong I pushed on alone after Will chose to descend half way through the route, ultimately bailing when I couldn't find an easy way up the back of the Basteir Tooth.
A weekend introducing Julie, Lina & Rory to hiking and scrambling in the Lake District. Saturday was a long day making the trip from Honister over Great Gable to Scafell Pike and back (it was also Norway Day). We spent Sunday in Langdale on Pavey Ark (Jack's Rake) before the long drive home queuing all the way down the M6.
Three very long days attempting to kayak from Leamington Spa to London. After 135km, 96 portaged locks and a very long unlit 3km tunnel we reached the M25 bridge and declared the challenge over. An awesome adventure on England's hidden network of waterways.
A national park dominated by two spectacular gorges. We called off an impromptu attempt on the highest summit in the park but had a fantastic two days exploring the Mala Paklenica and Velika Paklenica.
My first trip out with Warwick Climbing Club, hauling enthusiastic beginners up the diffs and severes of Windgather. A heavy dump of rain during the day did little to dampen spirits and route counts for the day still reached double figures.
